About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings, and other controlled documents
  • Operate hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operations
  • Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed
  • Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system
  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment
  • Drive forklift trucks, hand trucks, or manually move parts as required
  • Complete kitting of parts based on the production schedule
  • Follow ISO procedures to document quality problems and contribute to solutions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience applying continuous improvement concepts and tools
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
