Assembler/Disassembler L1

Responsibilities

• Disassemble S60 & HDEP heads in accordance with remanufacturing processes
• Log and ensure the quality of head cores in a safe and timely manner
• Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including repetitive processes and moderate to heavy lifting
• Use computer systems to access company data, drawings, bills of materials, and specification sheets
• Operate various tools and equipment including computers, hoists, torches, pallet jacks, presses, hand tools, and air tools
• Actively participate in improving work area safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive hand manipulation, grasping, and supporting power tools
• Ability to stand on concrete for an entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Computer literacy for accessing electronic data and specification sheets
• Commitment to maintaining a clean work area and meeting quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive or trucking)
• Previous mechanical experience
• High School Diploma or GED
