About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, disassembly, cleaning, testing, and repair of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF)
  • Conduct basic dimensional and visual inspections of parts and final products
  • Use various measuring devices and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Prepare and maintain required inspection records and daily production information
  • Maintain housekeeping standards through 5S audits and daily checklists
  • Report quality issues immediately and follow established escalation models
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement suggestions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with gauging and mathematical skills
  • Ability to lift at least 45 lbs repetitively
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to follow SOPs, Control Plans, LWI's, and SWI's
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for prolonged periods throughout a shift
  • Ability to pass and maintain Lift Truck Certification
  • Ability to undergo Magna Flux training and eye examination
