Assembler

Responsibilities

• Read work orders
• Attach frame sections, install glass panes, and secure hardware using hand and power tools
• Inspect completed windows for defects like gaps, misalignment, and damage
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work within established timelines to meet daily production goals
• Crosstrain across different production lines
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Requirements

• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
• Basic mechanical skills with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
