Assembler, Clean Room

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize materials, components, and tools based on work orders and blueprints
• Assemble parts and components accurately following specified instructions and diagrams
• Conduct detailed inspections, tests, and live power tests to ensure product functionality and safety
• Operate machines to prepare materials, ensuring proper setup and calibration
• Maintain accurate inspection reports detailing quality checks and test outcomes
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards and company Quality Policy
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety policies and reporting hazards
• Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Requirements

• Ability to use hand tools, machines, and measuring equipment proficiently
• Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical manuals
• Proficiency in basic math functions including fractions, proportions, and decimals
• Ability to use various measuring instruments to meet specific drawing dimensions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now and in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of manufacturing experience as an Assembler or in a related role
• High school diploma or GED
