Assembler, Clean Room

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, machine, and assemble parts for subassemblies and final assemblies within a clean room environment
• Retrieve and organize materials, components, and tools based on work orders and blueprints
• Assemble parts accurately following specified instructions and diagrams
• Conduct detailed inspections, functionality tests, and live power tests to ensure products meet performance and safety standards
• Operate machines to prepare materials, ensuring proper setup and calibration
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation regarding quality checks and test outcomes
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards, company quality policies, and safety procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools, machines, and various measuring instruments
• Basic math proficiency, including fractions, proportions, and decimals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now and in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of manufacturing experience as an Assembler or in a related role
• High school diploma or GED
