Assembler 3

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on various assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing following specific sequences
• Make setups and adjustments while maintaining strict tolerances according to blueprint specifications
• Follow established procedures for routine work and apply acquired skills to complete assigned tasks
• Manage semi-routine assignments and recognize when deviations from standard practice are necessary
• Participate in occasional overtime, typically requiring 5% to 10% of standard weekly hours

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of verified related experience
• Proven electro-mechanical assembly skills
• Proficiency in wiring and hand soldering
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Legal authorization to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly
• Advanced ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints
