Assembler 2

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Perform general fabrication and assembly of doors using hand and power tools
• Drill holes and prepare materials according to work orders, fabrication sheets, and schedules
• Measure workpiece dimensions and conduct quality inspections to ensure accuracy
• Ensure parts meet specifications by following prints, worksheets, and shop drawings

Requirements

• Experience using power tools and machinery
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16"
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
