Assembler 2

Responsibilities

• Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials
• Measure and verify dimensions for accuracy and compliance
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects
• Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles
• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints
• Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with production team members to meet output goals

Requirements

• Prior experience with Slimline products preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus
• Ability to read measuring tape and perform basic math
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
