Assembler 1

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations for medical devices following established standards and drawings
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings
• Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervision
• Adhere to production schedules and report any material shortages
• Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regarding material labeling, SOPs, and proper material segregation

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing within a highly regulated environment
• Experience using a microscope
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of GMPs and understanding of quality systems
• Strong reliability, detail orientation, and effective communication skills
