About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations to produce high-quality medical devices
- Follow established work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Collaborate with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals
- Complete in-process quality checks to ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards
- Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean work area
- Accurately measure, record, and document production data and Lot History Records
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain required training
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong detail orientation and reliability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for a production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical device manufacturing within a highly regulated environment
