Assay Services Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned assay jobs from start to completion, ensuring all instructions are processed promptly
• Use LIMS and EXACT systems to update data, generate reports, invoices, and pricing information
• Liaise professionally with clients regarding sample receipts, turnaround times, and reporting updates
• Perform quality checks on reports, certificates, and documentation to ensure high accuracy
• Coordinate with laboratory staff, overseas offices, and refineries to support efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate filing, reporting, and record storage in accordance with quality systems
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer literacy and confidence using databases
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or client services is advantageous
