Responsibilities

• Implement ASPICE Level processes within a semiconductor functional safety environment
• Define, tailor, and deploy ASPICE-compliant development processes for requirements, architecture, and verification
• Ensure bidirectional traceability across system, safety, hardware, software, and test artifacts
• Prepare projects for ASPICE Level 2/3 assessments and support internal/external audits
• Align ASPICE processes with ISO 26262 functional safety lifecycles
• Coach engineering teams on ASPICE practices and drive process adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Semiconductor development, specifically Automotive ICs
• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 (Part 2–11)
• Past involvement in ASPICE Level 3 infrastructure and process development
• Familiarity with requirements management tools like DOORS, Jama, or Polarion
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with OEMs and Tier 1s

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital, analog, or mixed-signal SoC design
• Knowledge of Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434)
• Experience with external audits and assessors such as TÜV, Exida, or UL
• Understanding of automotive standards including IATF 16949, AEC-Q100, PPAP, and APQP
