Asphalt Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead an asphalt crew including operators, laborers, finishers, and transporters
• Coordinate planning with the project team to ensure timely execution
• Monitor progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary
• Organize and verify quality measurements
• Prepare reports and maintain control over costs and production
• Ensure a safe working environment and positive team atmosphere

Requirements

• MBO or HBO level, preferably in civil engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the GWW (Civil Engineering) sector
• Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, progress statements, and safety regulations
• Willingness to work night or weekend shifts if required by the project
• Technical insight and clear communication skills
