About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise data processing, goods receipt/issue, and loading groups
- Implement ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S, and safety management protocols
- Set team targets, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Optimize storage space utilization and warehouse workflows
- Drive digitalization and automation of storage and material flow to increase productivity
- Organize annual and regular warehouse inventory counting
- Provide monthly feedback on slow-moving items and regular reports to the Manufacturing Manager
- Manage bookkeeping for finished product packaging and material purchasing requests
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Warehousing/Logistics
- 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mechanical industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse automation and management
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and specifically SAP WM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills
- English reading proficiency
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
