ASO Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ASO strategy and optimisation across Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Own and optimise app store listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and creative assets
• Develop and manage a structured ASO testing roadmap and experimentation framework
• Monitor app store performance metrics such as impressions, conversion rates, and organic growth
• Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and performance marketing teams
• Work with external ASO agencies to prioritise activity and ensure high quality execution
• Support alignment between paid app store activity and organic ASO performance
• Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in ASO, app growth, or mobile/performance marketing
• Experience within a consumer mobile app environment across iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking factors
• Hands-on experience managing app store listings and creative assets
• Experience developing ASO testing roadmaps
• Knowledge of Apple Search Ads
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ASO platforms like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, or AppFollow
• Experience using analytics tools such as Looker, GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or Adjust
