ASM - Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator and escalator installation projects across Government, Commercial, and Residential sites
• Oversee installation activities to ensure adherence to all processes, standards, and project schedules
• Uphold strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) protocols and Otis installation standards
• Coordinate with Sales for pre-bid meetings and manage site readiness and progress monitoring
• Maintain relationships with customers and authorities while providing responsive solutions
• Coordinate with Factory, Finance, Field Engineering, and logistics teams
• Lead field partner teams and coordinate with commissioning engineers to monitor productivity

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in the elevator industry
• Strong communication and team-handling skills
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities
