ASL Train VHST & Tramway Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize maintenance costs and ensure subsystem maintainability for rolling stock projects.
• Manage the Logistics Support Analysis Base (LSAB) using tools such as Providor and ILS PDM.
• Define and optimize maintenance plans and Life Cycle Costs (LCC) for trains.
• Analyze client specifications and participate in technical reviews.
• Collect and analyze safety requirements and operational reliability constraints.
• Ensure consistency across all support means required for maintenance.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, industrial, and procurement teams, as well as external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or operational maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle development or maintenance processes.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural team environments.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
