Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and technical solutions for banking products and digital services to ensure operational continuity for Scotiabank and its affiliated institutions.
• Resolve queries regarding procedure changes, digital services, and the operation of Bantotal, IG, Workflow, and other banking applications.
• Analyze and escalate technical incidents to specialized units, following up to ensure timely resolution and user confirmation.
• Monitor and generate alerts for massive incidents in coordination with supervision to implement corrective measures.
• Register and report anomalies in products or services based on criticality and complexity.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking platforms, services, and systems through continuous learning and training.
• Centralize support for digital channels, including telephone banking, agencies, and claims departments.

Requirements

• University or technical degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar technical support roles.
• Proficiency in programming.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking products and operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Bantotal, IG, Workflow, Outlook, and MS Office.
