About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and assist customers at the branch entrance, directing them to the appropriate area to ensure a high-quality service environment.
- Proactively advise customers on the use of digital channels and self-service tools to streamline operations.
- Assist customers in queues by providing guidance on digital banking tools to reduce wait times.
- Contribute to the branch's success by meeting service objectives and following established bank procedures and commercial models.
Requirements
- Degree in economic-administrative areas (preferably completed).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in promotion and sales (experience in the financial sector is a plus).
