About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform customer service activities for both internal and external clients
- Manage the company's sales system and handle sales-related tasks
- Create and present periodic reports using Excel, PowerPoint, CapCut, and Canva
- Act as a coach for internal and external clients to resolve operational doubts
- Foster positive relationships between the sales force and external clients
- Identify and address team issues, making key decisions to ensure results
- Manage and administer advertising material resources for the team
Requirements
- Experience in customer service via telephone and in-person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using digital tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Ability to manage social media platforms including WhatsApp and TikTok
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts equitably
- Capacity to manage advertising materials and resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media promotion and content creation
- Strong service-oriented attitude
- Ability to plan, organize, and anticipate potential project difficulties
