Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor Human Resources plans and programs within the store to support associates.
• Manage talent attraction and recruitment processes to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Execute training tools to ensure associates understand operational and customer service processes.
• Support department heads with scheduling and vacation planning to maintain work-life balance.
• Process payroll, settlements (finiquitos), and social security (IMSS/SUA) in compliance with company and legal guidelines.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support payroll card (credinomina) management.
• Implement company culture programs and organize store events and celebrations.
• Manage occupational health administration, including work accident control and medical area supplies.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining confidential documentation and managing donations.

Requirements

• Legal age (18+ years old).
• Completed high school education (Preparatoria terminada).
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR systems.
• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo).
• Experience in payroll processing, settlements, and administrative HR tasks.
• Knowledge of SUA and IMSS processes (desirable).
