Responsibilities

• Manage and execute billing for logistics services, including storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Validate operational information, rates, and commercial conditions using the Körber WMS system.
• Issue electronic invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes in compliance with SUNAT regulations.
• Reconcile billed and unbilled revenue to ensure accuracy during monthly closures.
• Coordinate with Operations and Commercial departments to identify and resolve unbilled services.
• Prepare monthly reports regarding billing, provisions, and total revenue.
• Maintain and update the master database for clients, rates, and billing concepts.
• Evaluate the credit status of new clients using Equifax (Infocorp).
• Address and resolve client inquiries or claims related to billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, preferably within agro-industrial, logistics, or warehousing sectors.
• Proficiency with Körber WMS (highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of SUNAT electronic invoicing regulations.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Understanding of logistics processes, specifically within the cold chain, is a plus.
