About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the Legal Credit Selective and Governance Directorate.
  • Manage administrative tasks including organizing and following up on meetings, travel, agendas, and executive commitments.
  • Optimize time management by prioritizing tasks and filtering information to improve director efficiency.
  • Act as an effective communication liaison between the Directorate and other internal or external areas.
  • Develop and apply skills for the review of various documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative sciences (Licenciatura en Económico Administrativa).
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
