About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the Legal Credit Selective and Governance Directorate.
- Manage administrative tasks including organizing and following up on meetings, travel, agendas, and executive commitments.
- Optimize time management by prioritizing tasks and filtering information to improve director efficiency.
- Act as an effective communication liaison between the Directorate and other internal or external areas.
- Develop and apply skills for the review of various documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative sciences (Licenciatura en Económico Administrativa).
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Canva.
