About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive agenda and business priorities for the Deputy General Management.
- Organize and coordinate strategic meetings and prepare executive minutes.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and databases to support decision-making.
- Coordinate inter-departmental activities and follow up on key projects.
- Manage national and international travel logistics.
- Handle executive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee billing processes and expense reimbursement/control.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-demand role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong skills in billing, report writing, and professional correspondence.
- Experience in travel logistics and expense administration.
- Ability to analyze information for decision-making support.
