Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's professional schedule, including meeting requirements and appointment coordination to ensure effective use of time and meeting rooms.
  • Oversee department supplies, consumables, and services, including managing inventory, handling returns, and ensuring equipment is replaced to maintain operational continuity.
  • Support team members traveling to different work sites by managing authorized travel expense deposits and coordinating hotel reservations.
  • Monitor and review travel-related expenses generated by team members.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar administrative or assistant roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with file control and records management.
  • Experience managing professional agendas and calendars.
  • Experience operating switchboards (conmutador).
