About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's professional schedule, including meeting requirements and appointment coordination to ensure effective use of time and meeting rooms.
- Oversee department supplies, consumables, and services, including managing inventory, handling returns, and ensuring equipment is replaced to maintain operational continuity.
- Support team members traveling to different work sites by managing authorized travel expense deposits and coordinating hotel reservations.
- Monitor and review travel-related expenses generated by team members.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar administrative or assistant roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with file control and records management.
- Experience managing professional agendas and calendars.
- Experience operating switchboards (conmutador).
