Responsibilities

• Verify information accrediting compliance with labor obligations for group personnel on service commission with clients
• Maintain and organize complete documentary records to ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements
• Perform periodic audits and reviews of personnel documentation to identify deficiencies or discrepancies
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and Finance areas to ensure consistent application of labor compliance policies
• Prepare compliance reports and documentary summaries for management and external stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of compliance training initiatives
• Report and escalate incidents, risks, or irregularities to senior management
• Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and regulations

Requirements

• Graduate in Personnel Administration, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar functions (document management, labor compliance, internal audits, or HR)
• Basic knowledge of labor regulations and compliance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good communication and teamwork skills
