About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify information accrediting compliance with labor obligations for group personnel on service commission with clients
- Maintain and organize complete documentary records to ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements
- Perform periodic audits and reviews of personnel documentation to identify deficiencies or discrepancies
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and Finance areas to ensure consistent application of labor compliance policies
- Prepare compliance reports and documentary summaries for management and external stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of compliance training initiatives
- Report and escalate incidents, risks, or irregularities to senior management
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and regulations
Requirements
- Graduate in Personnel Administration, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar functions (document management, labor compliance, internal audits, or HR)
- Basic knowledge of labor regulations and compliance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication and teamwork skills
