Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable opening and billing follow-ups
• Interact directly with clients, sales leaders, and end customers
• Assist team leaders and managers in the preparation of performance metrics
• Support audit processes by providing necessary records and supporting documentation
• Ensure the existence and use of updated operational processes and procedures
• Monitor progress and immediately report any anomalies to management
• Maintain compliance with internal and external guidelines within a standardized process environment
• Availability to work extended shifts and weekends during month-end closing

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong logical thinking and proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and as part of a team
• High sense of urgency and customer orientation
• Flexibility to work extended schedules as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Mainframe
