Responsibilities

• Monitor quality metrics for the Hub Delivery program and supervise middle-mile unit dispatch.
• Track program costs and maintain frugality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and delivery efficiency with clients.
• Analyze route distribution, middle-mile travel, and program quality indicators.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with Field Team members to improve operational aspects of the customer experience.
• Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports regarding route incidents.
• Manage capacity files, performance analysis for volume balancing, and incident logs.
• Support partners throughout the delivery process and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts between 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 22:30, as well as weekends, nights, or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Experience using digital applications.
