Responsibilities

• Capture foreign exchange purchase and sale operations in the system until confirmed status
• Provide operational support and follow-up for exchange transactions
• Attend to internal and external clients to clarify doubts, provide quotes, and close operations
• Validate and control information to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with commercial and operational areas to support administrative processes

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or related fields
• Experience in administrative, financial, or customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service-oriented attitude and proactive follow-up skills
• Interest in developing a career within banking and financial markets
