About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Corporate Banking team regarding client-agreed operations
- Manage client service, including providing quotes and following up on operations and account statements
- Assist in the opening of contracts and perform various administrative tasks for the department
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, documentation management, administrative support, and report generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure with a strong results orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of banking contracts
- Previous experience working within the banking sector
