About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Corporate Banking team regarding client-agreed operations
- Manage client service, including quotes, operation follow-ups, and account statements
- Assist in the opening of contracts and various administrative tasks within the area
Requirements
- Completed degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, document management, and administrative support
- Experience in report generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of contracts and legal documentation
- Previous experience working within the banking sector
