About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Corporate Banking team regarding client-agreed operations
  • Manage client service, including quotes, operation follow-ups, and account statements
  • Assist in the opening of contracts and various administrative tasks within the area

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service, document management, and administrative support
  • Experience in report generation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset
