About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for auditor travel to ensure successful service delivery for clients
- Manage and control auditor documentation, including updated SCTR, necessary PPE, and medical examinations
- Register and process supplier payments and coordinate with the finance department for timely settlement
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of internal and external auditors and their associated remunerations
- Provide operational support by covering team vacations, including tasks such as quoting, audit scheduling, report/certificate delivery, invoicing, and bidding processes
Requirements
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience in logistics processes is desirable
- Knowledge of management systems is a plus
