About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for auditor travel to ensure successful service delivery for clients
  • Manage and control auditor documentation, including updated SCTR, necessary PPE, and medical examinations
  • Register and process supplier payments and coordinate with the finance department for timely settlement
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of internal and external auditors and their associated remunerations
  • Provide operational support by covering team vacations, including tasks such as quoting, audit scheduling, report/certificate delivery, invoicing, and bidding processes

Requirements

  • Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Experience in logistics processes is desirable
  • Knowledge of management systems is a plus
