Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance to patients at home, in person, or via telephone to manage therapy follow-ups and equipment reviews
• Instruct patients and caregivers on prescribed therapies, equipment usage, and safety, hygiene, and maintenance protocols
• Coordinate appointments with patients or their families to perform necessary services
• Manage the installation, troubleshooting, re-provisioning, and removal of medical equipment and consumables
• Notify coordinators and administrative staff regarding therapeutic compliance, equipment malfunctions, or anomalies
• Utilize IT tools and work systems to execute and coordinate daily tasks according to company procedures

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling medical equipment and consumables
• Strong knowledge of safety, hygiene, and disinfection protocols
• Ability to use IT tools and handheld devices (e.g., PDAs)
• Valid Driving License (Category B)
