ASIC Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Verification of SoCs, automotive ASICs, subsystems, and IPs
• Application of Metric-driven Verification (MDV) and Formal Verification methodologies
• Developing and tracking verification plans
• Developing verification environments from scratch and creating VIP
• Measuring and analyzing regression results
• Continuous improvement of verification methods, tools, flows, and processes

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Digital RTL verification
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM
• Sound knowledge of constrained random verification and OVM
• Experience developing functional coverage code and coverage analysis
• Hands-on experience with Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor tools
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl or TCL
• Experience with AMBA protocols
• Working knowledge of ARM processor-based subsystem/SoC verification
• Experience with VHDL/Verilog
• Proven track record of participating in ASIC/SoC tape outs

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal verification experience
• SPECMAN knowledge
