ASIC Technical Program Manager

About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. Our first products are heavily focused on inference.

Responsibilities

• Own program management across Physical Design, DFT, DV, RTL, and Post-Silicon teams
• Manage relationships and hold external vendors (EDA and implementation partners) accountable to timelines
• Proactively identify critical path risks, schedule slippage, and cross-team blockers
• Manage scheduling and execution of complex hardware programs through tape-out milestones and signoff cycles
• Provide regular status updates and facilitate alignment among engineering leads and executive leadership
• Maintain accurate tracking of program state, action owners, and open items

Requirements

• At least one full ASIC tape-out experience
• Solid understanding of the RTL-to-GDSII flow
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program management in semiconductor/hardware
• Experience working directly with external EDA vendors or implementation partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
