About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement drivers for hardware peripherals, including those related to AI chips
  • Develop functional software models to simulate SoC uncore logic for firmware testing
  • Write low-latency and high-throughput embedded software to manage hardware resources
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to debug issues and shape future hardware generations
  • Perform hardware bring-up and debug firmware/drivers on new platforms
  • Set up monitoring, integration testing, and diagnostic tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the embedded software space
  • Proficiency in C/C++ or Rust
  • Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
  • Proven experience in hardware driver development
  • Experience with HW/SW co-design
  • Knowledge of common embedded protocols such as UART, I2C, and SPI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of microprocessor and ARM architectures (e.g., AMBA)
  • Experience with high-bandwidth communication protocols like PCIe or Ethernet
  • Experience with GPUs or other specialized compute hardware
  • Experience deploying large-scale compute clusters
