Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year structured rotation program across Marketing, Sales, and Event Operations.
• Assist in developing and executing event marketing campaigns and creating engaging collateral.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, preparing pitches, and maintaining client relationships.
• Contribute to logistics planning and provide on-site support during high-profile B2B exhibitions and conferences.
• Assist with vendor coordination, attendee registration, and general event management tasks.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video editing skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Permanent work rights in the applying location (including Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Korea, Japan, or Taiwan).
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for the event industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write multiple languages.
• Experience with eDM design and social media platform management.
• Digital savvy with an understanding of social media advertising and content marketing.
