About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Key Account Planning process for selected Bicycle distributors in the East Asia & Australia region.
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across traditional distribution, retail chains, and e-commerce.
- Execute customer-specific sales and marketing action plans to increase market share and profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate demand forecasting and sales planning activities with customers and internal departments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development.
- Proven experience managing customers, ideally within an international environment.
- Fluent English (C1 level) is required.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international setting.
