About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the university's promotion plan with partner schools and prospects to increase student enrollment.
- Conduct promotional presentations of study programs in middle and high schools.
- Manage proactive follow-ups through recurring calls, data validation, and timely closures with prospects.
- Ensure the achievement of weekly enrollment goals for assigned schools.
- Provide personalized attention to assigned schools and prospects to build trust and facilitate sales.
- Participate in marketing activities, including fairs, events, and exhibitions, to generate leads.
- Coordinate student participation in key activities to ensure commitment and conversion.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Careers, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally with intangible products (education, insurance, banking, or telecommunications).
- Proven track record in sales closing and lead conversion.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under performance indicators.
- Disciplined approach to database management and pipeline tracking.
