About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the New Business campaign in the Madrid and Castilla regions to drive revenue growth
- Manage end-to-end commercial processes with schools, from initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B school market
- Represent the company at educational events, conferences, and trade fairs to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with mathematics didactic experts to align commercial efforts with pedagogical value
- Learn the Innovamat product and didactic methodology to effectively communicate its unique value proposition
Requirements
- Proven sales skills and the ability to manage complex commercial cycles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and build deep relationships
- English proficiency at a B2 level
- Valid driving license and availability to travel within the assigned region
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work proactively in high-pressure environments
- A genuine passion for education and mathematics
