Asesor/a Comercial - Materiales para la construcción

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to meet tactical commercial objectives.
• Develop a sustainable client portfolio by prospecting new and existing customers.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding the use and benefits of high-value-added products.
• Contribute to monthly and annual goals regarding profitability, sales volume, pricing, and margins.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) guidelines to promote a zero-accident culture.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector (floors, ceramics, coatings, additives, or powders).
• Proven experience in field sales, prospecting, and negotiation within the cement or concrete industry.
• Completed Bachelor's degree; preference for Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Residency in Victoria, Tamaulipas, or full willingness to relocate to the area.
