Asesor Técnico Comercial (TRWS) - CDMX

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial opportunities in specialized waterproofing and roofing technologies.
• Advise contractors, key accounts, and industrial/commercial projects on system specifications.
• Drive the correct application of systems including acrylics, prefabricated membranes, polyurethanes, and Single Ply technologies.
• Close B2B sales and consolidate long-term relationships with decision-makers and the contractor ecosystem.
• Provide technical communication regarding product benefits, limitations, and warranties.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in roofing or waterproofing, ideally with Single Ply systems (TPO, PVC).
• Knowledge of substrate compatibility, surface preparation, and detailing of critical points (penetrations, drains, etc.).
• Ability to read technical data sheets, safety sheets, and basic blueprints.
• Strong customer orientation and consultative negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis (consumption, margins, pricing) and PowerPoint for technical proposals.
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel.
• Intermediate English level.
