Responsibilities

• Manage and profile leads interested in Nissan vehicles to assign prospects to the Dealer Network.
• Conduct prospecting activities including providing quotes, pricing information, vehicle specifications, and current promotions.
• Convert prospects into successful sales.
• Support and manage various campaigns or emerging situations within the Contact Center.

Requirements

• Currently studying or incomplete degree in a related field (Licenciatura/Ingeniería).
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and a strong orientation toward results.
• High sense of responsibility and follow-up skills.
