Responsibilities
- Meet assigned sales volume targets through direct management at points of sale with a strong customer focus.
- Execute brand standards with excellence to ensure market positioning and brand development.
- Align execution tasks with the "Foto de Éxito" (Success Photo) guidelines to guarantee optimal marketing activities.
- Generate and maintain value-driven dialogue at points of sale, acting as the face of our brands in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the role of Sales Manager (Gestor de Ventas) or Universal Advisor (Asesor Universal).
- Performance evaluation of "Comportamiento con oportunidades" in the January 2025 review.
- No disciplinary sanctions within the last 6 months.
