Asesor Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage team shifts and provide continuous follow-up to the work group
• Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and operational policies
• Monitor and follow up on customer reports and baggage incidents
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution
• Lead and promote teamwork to achieve established station goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in airport operations (customer service, documentation, boarding, baggage handling, or flight closing)
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Navitaire, and Go Now
• Knowledge of aviation manuals, regulations, and authority relations
• Availability to work rotating shifts and travel as needed
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
