About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to clients and collaborators via telephone regarding the use and operation of internet services and foreign exchange platforms
- Follow up on information requests, complaints, and clarifications via email, directing them to the appropriate areas for response and tracking
- Manage internal procedures related to client administration, contract openings, and security devices (Tokens)
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and support within financial services companies
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (indispensable)
- Strong focus on customer service, effective communication, and results orientation

- Knowledge of banking applications and digital platforms
