Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to clients and collaborators via telephone regarding the use and operation of internet services and foreign exchange platforms
• Follow up on information requests, complaints, and clarifications via email, directing them to the appropriate areas for response and tracking
• Manage internal administrative procedures related to client administration, contract openings, and security devices (Tokens)

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and support within financial services companies
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (indispensable)
• Strong focus on customer service, effective communication, results orientation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of banking applications and digital platforms is desirable
