About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support and clear information.
- Manage requests, inquiries, and requirements from the initial contact point.
- Ensure a positive and reliable brand experience for customers, agencies, and partners.
- Administer information within company systems and provide effective follow-up on assigned cases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree (preferably in economic-administrative areas).
- Proven experience in customer service roles.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication, writing, and spelling skills.
- Ability to work proactively, make decisions, and work effectively in a team.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) with rotating Saturday shifts (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
