Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent portfolios across various product lines
• Achieve recovery goals and profitability targets established by the institution
• Conduct field visits and home visits to facilitate debt recovery
• Generate necessary reports and documentation regarding management results
• Adhere to all current regulations, procedures, policies, and circulars
• Perform administrative tasks to support collection efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree (completed or in progress)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of personal finance and banking products
• Proven experience in field work and collections
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
• Must have own means of transportation (car or motorcycle)
• Ability to navigate and understand city zoning and peripheries
